

THIS FIGURE SUITS ME!!!
What do you have to do?
1. Be Yourself, don’t feel intimidated as everyone here is feeling exactly the same as you.
2. Have an Induction into the State of the Art Gym which is ladies only and totally private, to a pace/level to suit you.
3. Have your BMI taken which only our trained instructor can see which is kept a secret for first 6 week (weight, height etc)
4. Be prepared to learn how to eat properly rather than diet as you will still be able to eat & drink things you like but properly.
5. Over the 6 weeks you participate in various fitness exercises for you to sample classes which you may never even consider maybe you’ll love.
6. Don’t worry about your weight, only be honest with how you feel in yourself the scales are sometimes your worst enemy. At the end of the six weeks this will be proved to you.
Why We Came Up With This?
For most of my childhood we listen grown up’s around us moaning about their weight etc comparing diets or the favourite saying “I’ve tried them all, but none of them work for me!” as we ourselves get to adulthood we then carry on the trend. We moan about it, but when are we going to do something about it? Do we ever stop to think what damage we, as adults may innocently be doing to our children?
I’ve never met anyone who likes dieting, who enjoys being overweight but I meet loads especially now who really want to get fit & lose a few £’s but haven’t got the confidence etc to join anywhere as they feel intimidated. Now they can! No more excuses! Your only kidding yourself & depressing people around you with the moans and the promises. Have you even been in the following persons shoes:
She can’t go out as she has nothing to wear as everything is to small or tight! She then goes out shopping and fancy loads but when tries them on she needs a bigger size and there is no way she is buying a 16 instead of a 14 etc so suddenly she turns into a monster wanting to go home
Depressed and being nasty & snappy to all around her. Instead of then going out socialising with friends etc stay in for takeaway
and chocolate drowning their sorrows? Every diet she have tried but none of them works, but she starves all day has one meal of salad in front of others then totally raids any bit of food in the house before she goes to bed. Everyone is on tender hooks around her as if someone says the wrong thing she will bite off their head but if they don’t say anything she feel they are being funny or distant towards her. Someone may even suggest going to the local gym but she’ll reply “oh your really Funny aren't you, how can I go to the gym or aerobics looking like this!” then they get ignore for the rest of the day.
It’s always a Monday she is going to start so on weekend she totally has a blow out but the Monday’s promises comes & goes.
What We Want to Achieve is for all ladies who fit the above work with you and help get back your confidence and self esteem, to start loving yourself so that you can start living again and you will be surprised how many people from past, present will suddenly be around you once again.
Life is a wonderful thing be part of it and enjoy instead of making the excuses Why Your NOT!
