The Panatta Childrens Gym

Choosing the children’s gym was the hardest decision we have made so far, as it is unique in  Wales.  Throughout  life I have, like most have always been  led to believe that resistance is bad for children as they are still growing and fitness loses weight.

Some of the facts that years of research has proven:

 

Resistance (weight) is very important in the development of a child’s growth to strengthen their joints & posture.  

The Panatta Gym has proven it will help prevent health issues such as

curvature of the spine, athritus, heart disease, & many more.

Cardio excercise only  makes the heart & lungs fitter.

Without resistance excercise and only cardio,  joints are more at risk of  injury.

Resistance training prevents & conquers obesity.

 

After receiving expert training by YMCA trainer Steve Wyatt on Children’s exercise & growth development, we believe our gym will make a big difference for the health & well being of the child of today, the adult of tomorrow.
